Cucumber Rye Tea Sandwiches

I really like this one. Thanks Jenny for this keeper. Jenny shared this one with us, I believe, on the 4th of July in 1995. Joan and her family were living in Joliet at the time and came out to celebrate the 4th with us. Rodney brought fireworks and there were hayrides. Remember the lightning bugs? They looked like Christmas tree lights…beautiful!

Instructions
  1. Mix dressing with cream cheese. Spread on rye; add a slice of cucumber and sprinkle with dill weed. Best done just before serving.
