Instructions
  1. Trim crust from each slice of bread; roll each flat. Mix together the cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and 2 T. sugar. Combine cup of sugar and cinnamon. Roll up and dip into melted butter, then into cinnamon-sugar mixture. Chill or freeze. If frozen, thaw slightly first, then bake at 400 degrees, F oven for 10 minutes. Cut into serving pieces
