7 Layer Salad

1 head of lettuce

2 green bell peppers

2 stalks of celery

1 box frozen peas (small)

1 c. mayonnaise

2 hard-boiled eggs

6 strips bacon fried crisp

Shredded cheddar cheese
Tear lettuce and put in bottom of 9 x 13 glass baking dish.  Layer each of the ingredients, peppers, celery and peas.  Spread mayonnaise on top.  Layer with sliced hard-boiled eggs and crumbled the bacon.  Top with cheese.  Chill overnight.
